Cleaning of the apartments by the tenants.
Final cleaning per room € 45,90 net + 10 % VAT
(if intense cleaning is necessary € 84,90 net + 10 % VAT)
Conditions:
Minimum rental period 1 month.
Deposit: ½ of the monthly rental costs of the booked apartments in advance (€ 280 net for single apartment, € 390 for double apartment).
The deposit is independent of the rent and will be returned after the apartment has been properly returned.
Billing from the first day of rent for one month.
Payable without deduction at receipt of invoice.
Monthly billing cycle.
When moving out in less than a month – after the first month – less than half a month: minimum payment of half a month.
When moving out in the 2nd half of the month, the full month will be charged.
Notice period for apartments. at least 14 days in advance only in writing via e-mail.
The garbage fee will be charged in the month of use.
WIFI is provided free of charge in the common areas according to the fair use principle. Signal should be working in most of the apartments, but is not guaranteed and is not part of the rental agreement.
